The start of the new school year, August 18, is just around the corner.
BGISD request for parents to go on-line at ‘bgrove.org’, complete the necessary ‘Registration’ information for their child/ children. Parents may include more than one child on the ‘Parent Choice Commitment Form’ for registration.

A huge ‘Thank You’ to everyone that have completed this registration task!

BGISD understands that everyone does not have the capability to go ‘on-line’ and complete registration.

FOR ANY HIGH SCHOOL OR JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL family that cannot go ‘on-line’ for registration, the computer lab at the junior high school will be available on Tuesday, August 11, 5:00 -8:00 PM to help HIGH SCHOOL AND JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL family with ‘on-line’ registration.
Spanish translators will be available on that day.
Only parents are needed for registration. We advise that students be left at home. Social Distancing format will be followed. Mask are required.

Tuesday, June 23, 2020 - BGISD is proud to announce Mr. Jason Revill as our new Junior High Assistant Principal.
Mr. Revill loved teaching at the high school for the past three years. He knows he will miss it, but looks forward to his new position. The responsibilities will be different, but the goals remain the same: creating excitement for learning and doing what is best for our students.

Thursday, May 21, 2020 - Due to COVID-19, our traditional 8th grade Promotion Ceremony will be a little different this year. On Monday, June 1st beginning at 6:30 PM Blooming Grove JH will have a "curbside" ceremony!

If you are interested in trying out to be a cheerleader or mascot for the 2020-2021 school year, you will need to complete the online application by Tuesday, April 21st. Click on the heading above to start the application process!

Mark your calendar for Friday, February 21st for our BGJH Valentine's Dance! It will be held in the cafeteria from 7-10PM. The cost is $2 per student and is to be turned in to the front office by February 19th at 3PM.
Each grade level has an assigned item to bring:
6th Grade - One package of store bought cookies
7th Grade - One 12 pack of soda
8th Grade - bottled water
