This year we will be using Rank One to collect all of the required documents for students participating in athletics and band. Please see the instructions below to create an account and complete all required forms.

All incoming 7th graders are required to have up-to-date vaccinations prior to the first day of school. Students will NOT be allowed to attend school without an up-to-date shot record. Shot records can be dropped off at the junior high office or emailed to Mrs. Smith at [email protected].
